
Booth Information
Vendor Booth Fee: $100 (entire weekend)
Vendors may choose between Indoor or Outdoor booth options.
• UNAVAILBLE at this time: Indoor Booths include one 6–8’ table, two chairs, and two vendor badges. Indoor vendor spaces are located inside the convention venue and accessible only to CONington badge holders.
• Outdoor Booths include a 10-foot space per vendor. Vendors must provide their own table, tent, and setup materials. Outdoor vendors are visible to all visitors (badge holders and the general public).
Payment Instructions:
• Payment instructions will be sent once vendor application has been approved.
• Your vendor spot is not guaranteed until payment is received and written confirmation is sent by CONington.
Confirmed vendors will be listed on conington.org and featured on CONington’s social media. Please send a short bio and 1–3 photos of your products or booth setup.
1. Payment & Reservation: Booths are assigned only after payment and written confirmation from CONington.
2. Setup & Tear-down: Vendors are responsible for setup/cleanup during designated hours. Booths must remain open until the close of the final day.
3. Sales & Taxes: Vendors are responsible for all applicable sales taxes and compliance with state/local laws.
4. Liability: CONington, its officers, volunteers, and venue partners assume no liability for loss, damage, theft, or injury. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless CONington and its partners.
5. Handbills & Promotion: Handbill distribution is only allowed within your booth or at approved events. Nothing may be posted on walls, fixtures, or furniture. Adhesive stickers are prohibited.
6. Solicitation: No selling, soliciting, or flyer distribution outside of rented booth space.
7. Conduct & Decency: All displays and behavior must remain appropriate and in good taste. Offensive, profane, or sexually explicit material is prohibited.
8. Weapons & Props: No live or functional weapons. Prop weapons must be secured. Purchased props must be packaged and removed promptly.
9. Noise & Congestion: Music or demos must stay within your booth area. Volume and aisle congestion are subject to show management discretion.
10. Fire & Safety Compliance: Booth materials must meet fireproof standards; electrical equipment must comply with code.
11. Prohibited Materials: No illegal drugs, paraphernalia, games of chance (unless free giveaways), bootleg media, or depictions promoting hate, addiction, or real-world religious disrespect.
12. Costumes & Uniforms: Costumes must be safe and appropriate. No current military uniforms or 20th-century combat attire.
13. Access Hours: Exhibitors may enter the hall one hour before opening and stay up to one hour after close. No entry during closed hours.
14.Venue Care: Exhibitors must respect the property and furnishings of the venue. Do not attach, hang, or lean signage, backdrops, or merchandise on any walls, doors, or fixtures. Floor-standing displays must be self-supported. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the facility, furnishings, or surrounding areas.
15. Force Majeure: CONington is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, disasters, or events beyond its control, though reasonable rescheduling efforts will be made.
